Absolute Essentials Program

About The Program

Absolute Essentials Program is a Two Year, Weekend Program carefully designed to cover all necessary foundational groundwork in Islamic Studies. No Muslim should be without the basic knowledge and skills to tackle:

Year 1 (Weekend)

  • Arabic (Grammar & Syntax),
  • Aqīda (Theology),
  • Fiqh (Jurisprudence),
  • Tajwīd Sciences (Qur’an Recitational Sciences),
  • Hadīth (Memorization, Chain of narration and Explanation)

Year 2   [2023/24 is not accepting registration for Year 2] 

  • Arabic (Grammar & Syntax),
  • Fiqh (Jurisprudence)
  • Usul al Fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence),
  • Qur’an Translation & Exegesis (Explanation of verses),
  • Seerah & Tareekh (The Prophet’s Life and Islamic History)

This program will cover all these fields to benefit the dedicated students in not only acquiring the theoretical material, but also spending time in the physical company of scholars while doing so.

Absolute Essentials Calendar 2022/2023

Daily Schedule

Maximum Available Seats:

The program will accommodate a maximum of 15 male.

This is an intensive Weekend Program. While we welcome every eager individual to benefit from this opportunity, please be advised that the pace and depth of material will be challenging. The ideal student is expected to be punctual, dedicated and willing to spend a good number of hours outside class for exercises and assignments.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in English Language
  2. Punctuality is a must
  3. The course will start Arabic learning from a beginner level. However, the student should have rudimentary affinity and knowledge of alphabets, writing and basic pronunciation of Qur’an.
  4. Minimum Age: 14+ [The program is also ideal for adults]
  5. Decent Islamic dress code for a sanctified environment.

  1. Pay for the entire Program : $1700 (full academic year) [save 15%]

Out of Town Travelling Students’ Lodging:

The course has been designed for maximum benefit from the Mashayekh On-Site. We recognize that there are students from out of town who wish to benefit from the course and may be driving in.

We will be providing complimentary lodging at our Darul Iftaa Canada Campus for Saturday Nights. The address for our Darul Iftaa Canada Campus is:
