4 Videos created now with as many comments as I could incorporate into the videos. Let me now send it to the family.

Sister Acacia, Surely people know how to rewind so I have still read it once otherwise sessions will be hours long.

May Allah Ta'aala accept it and make it a means for the young sister to learn Arabic easily so that she can start reading the Qur'an; and may He reward her, you, your families, and all those involved in IlmHub, immensely. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah Ustadh, these were merely suggestions.

Ameen.

I have taken just about everything on board except the rewind bit.

Has anyone checked all 4?

I fast-forwarded through most of it, sorry. I'll listen again inshaallah, from start-to-end, and let you know inshaallah... unless others will do it before me, then alhamdulillah.

If it's minor background sound (like in one of the previous ones) inshaallah it should be fine.

Edit 1: 1st video is fine masha'Allah.

Edit 2: 2nd video is fine too masha'Allah (this is the one with minor background sounds at approx. 3 min and 3 min marks)

The 3rd video is also fine masha'Allah, though there is a bit more background noise in this session at the following approx. minute marks:
  • 7:30
  • 8:00
  • 8:15
  • 9:10
  • 11:55
  • 13:34 - a bit louder here
  • 14:35 - a bit louder here
  • 14:43 - a bit louder here
  • 17:34

Inshaallah someone else can review the last one in detail. If not, inshaallah I will try to do so sometime tomorrow.

Really expensive noise cancelling MIC and still catches kids screaming! I have deleted 3 & 4 and will start again for it to be clear.

Wa iyyak.

I feel bad now because it wasn't that bad... Inshaallah you checked it out before you decided to delete it because I really didn't think it was so bad that you'd need to re-record it (mind you, I didn't listen to the 4th one in it's entirety).

May Allah Ta'aala make it easy for you. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah, no background noise! BarakAllahu feek.

Please take a look at minute 12:32 (seems to cut off too soon) and 16:05 (shouldn't the last letter be heavier, rounded at the end?).

There is no way to edit but to delete and start again with this software so on a scale of 1-10 how about is the situation?

Ustadh, you are the master of Arabic! BarakAllahu feek. At the beginner level (my level), there is no need to re-record the session - alhamdulillah if we are able to begin to learn and understand Arabic such that we can pick up on any irregularities, alhamdulillah. So, on the scale, I would say maybe a 1 or 2.

It's too bad you can't save segments and piece them together in ways that allow you to make changes to small segments without disrupting the rest.

JazakAllah khayran for the effort. Ameen.

Assalaamu 'alaykum warahmatullah

Sister Acacia, if I may add, the cut off at 12:32 would be ok if not re recorded however for the mistake at 16:05, i would say it on the scale 9 or even 10.....unless the recording is shortened and cut off on the lesson before it if this is possible. Would be better than recording the whole thing again. I must say its a lot of effort and may Allah ta'ala accept it but better corrected.
